Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient care across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations, with sessions that prioritize one-on-one attention
• Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system , vestibular goggles , and Normatec Recovery to help patients safely achieve more in therapy
• Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools , freeing you to focus on patient care
• Educate patients and families for long-term independence and fall prevention
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
• Participate in community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs

Required Skills Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered

• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome

• Interested in a case mix of 60% balance/vestibular, 40% orthopedic/musculoskeletal
