We're adding 2-3 agents to Wagner Real Estate Group in Seattle.

→ A producer ready to do more volume with support behind you instead of building alone
→ A hungry newer agent who wants to be trained right, not thrown into the deep end Compensation:

$150,000+

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and convert leads from our pipeline — Zillow Preferred, open houses, and other online sources — quickly and consistently

• Work your sphere, past clients, and referral partners to build a lasting book of business alongside team-provided leads

• Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction with support from our licensed team and transaction coordinator, so you're never handling it solo

• Show up for coaching and team meetings, and bring questions and deals to the table, not just attendance

• Keep your CRM and pipeline current so nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications:

• Licensed in WA, or actively working toward it

• Full-time and ready to treat this as your primary focus

• Comfortable working leads and following up relentlessly; leads go cold fast

• Wants real infrastructure and a team, not a solo grind, whether you're scaling up production or starting fresh

• Coachable — willing to use the systems and training this team provides, not reinvent your own
