Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night ShiftThis is a night shift position, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in adult critical care or emergency department settings. This role requires expertise in various respiratory procedures and familiarity with a variety of respiratory equipment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive respiratory care to adult and geriatric patients.Administer treatments and procedures as per established protocols.Assist in the management of ventilated patients and participate in weaning and extubation processes.Utilize advanced equipment such as BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.Interpret arterial blood gases and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Collaborate with medical teams and participate in rapid response initiatives.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.Valid Maryland or Compact state license is required at the time of submission.Prior charge experience is an advantage.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
