Protouch Staffing
Preconstruction Coordinator / Estimator
Assist the preconstruction team with document management.
Support the procurement and award of subcontracts.
Perform project quantity takeoffs and assist with subcontractor evaluations.
Complete self-perform takeoffs for demolition, concrete, carpentry, and drywall scopes.
Utilize estimating and takeoff software to prepare accurate estimates.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely preconstruction deliverables.
Maintain organized project documentation throughout the preconstruction process.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related construction role.
Proficiency with estimating and quantity takeoff software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of construction scheduling and project coordination.
Experience preparing RFIs and supporting subcontractor procurement.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
