This position is responsible for metrics, tracking and reporting, ensuring that processes are followed, and deadlines met, and implementing strategies in support of meeting company-wide goals.Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining accurate records of defective product. Completing follow ups with the Suppliers to ensure they are working quickly to resolve the product defect issues.Acquiring replacement parts to resolve product defect issues prior to them occurring.Working with the warehouse team to reduce unavailable product.Ensure associates leading activity within their assigned area are knowledgeable with regards to the requirements of the Quality Management.Responsible for handling data regarding consolidated quality metrics.Participate in quality audits as needed.Responsible for inventory accuracy and reconciliationMaintains the configuration and product file for the facilityRequirements:2+ years management experience coordinating a team of 3 or moreISO90000 implementation experience is requiredProficient in Microsoft applications including significant Excel skillsPrior experience writing SOPs, processes and proceduresPrevious experience with report writing, analytics and crafting power point presentationsStrong working knowledge of Order ManagerAnalytical, quick problem-solving skillsData entry experienceAbility to optimally communicate with vendors via email whose primary language is not EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as requiredAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
