Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT .

Available Shifts

Day Shifts
Evening Shifts
Overnight Shifts
Weekend Shifts
Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

LPNs starting at $40.00 per hour
Weekly direct deposit
Sign-on bonus

Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
One-on-one patient care

Supportive nursing and administrative team

Qualifications

Active Connecticut LPN license
Current BLS Certification
Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Current physical completed within the last 12 months
Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
