Mid-Market Account Executive

Job Description Summary Sunbelt Rentals’ Market Sales Leader is equipped for success to serve our customers. Market Sales Leaders drive revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers to identify current and upcoming jobsites, differentiate key customers on those jobsites, and cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers such as Project Managers and Executives. They develop an effective and efficient strategic approach to the market and targeted customers, ensuring collaboration to provide customers with solutions and quality service. Responsibilities Market Sales Leaders are empowered to drive revenue, coach sellers, and identify strategic customers and jobsites to maximize revenue. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of proven sales experience Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specification Skills and Abilities Meeting/exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor Building a territory and growing market share Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors when required. Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
