Parts Ordering Manager
Full-Time | Costa Mesa / Irvine | $80K+ Potential

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy procurement and operations problem solver .
YOU'LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF YOU:
- Are excellent with Excel, computers, web apps, and learning new software
- Have strong purchasing, sourcing, or vendor negotiation skills
- Notice details and errors others miss
- Naturally solve problems and look for better ways to do things
- Can manage multiple orders, vendors, returns, credits, and reconciliations
- Are accountable, organized, accurate, and dependable with Inventory
Automotive experience is a plus, but we care more about finding the right person than the perfect automotive résumé.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Purchase parts and negotiate vendor pricing
- Manage orders, returns, warranties, credits, and discrepancies
- Monitor pricing and profitability
- Maintain accurate records across Tekmetric, Excel, accounting software, and vendor portals
- Help improve purchasing and operational processes
- Support our service and management teams
