1 year of experience Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently. Sew mattress panels, borders, covers, and related components. Inspect materials and finished products for quality defects. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Measure and align materials accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors. Meet daily production and attendance expectations.
