Part-Time Evening Item Processing Customer Support Specialist

Overview eDOC Innovations is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our evening item processing operations. This role helps ensure check image files are processed accurately, securely, and on time for credit unions across the country. What You'll Do Monitor incoming and outgoing check image files Review files for accuracy and successful processing Reprocess failed uploads when needed Investigate processing or image-related issues Document support activity in our ticketing system Assist with balancing, troubleshooting, and nightly deadlines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently after normal business hours Good problem-solving and follow-through skills Professional judgment when handling confidential financial data Prior banking, credit union, item processing, or financial operations experience preferred Training and Benefits Initial training is provided during daytime business hours for approximately 2–4 weeks before moving to the evening schedule.
