Valid Ohio nursing license required. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required. Level I trauma experience preferred. CNOR certification preferred. Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance. Must be proficient with Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook systems.
