Position : Automotive Service Advisor Schedule : Monday through Saturday (hours vary) – No Sundays guaranteed Responsibilities Set and prepare for appointments with customers Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable maintenance specials Provide superior customer satisfaction Distribute work between technicians efficiently Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates Collect payment from customers Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety Follow all Company procedures and standards Perform all duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Excellent customer service skills Must have professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong time management skills Basic vehicle knowledge Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug test Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Basic Employer Life Insurance Additional Supplemental Insurance Wellness Program 401(k) Plan with match Paid Time Off Employee Purchase Program Training Programs Full Time Position No phone calls, please email resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mullinax Ford
