Clinical Supervisor — Scale Teen Mental Health Mentors (Remote)

Somethings is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise our Certified Peer Specialist Mentors as we scale services for teens. You’ll blend clinical care with people management, coach mentors in ACT, DBT, and CBT, and ensure safe, effective care while growing clinical impact.

This contract role offers 27 hours per week at $50/hour, with remote work and a focus on documentation, performance monitoring, and reporting to the Head of Clinical Ops.
