Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist at Northwood, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and provide individualized rehabilitation services to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
