Medical Sales Representative

I’m partnering with a fast-growing histology and lab diagnostics company that manufactures many of its own products and is adding new ones fast through acquisitions and expanded manufacturing.

They’re seeking to bring on a Medical/Laboratory Sales Representative based in Seattle to grow their equipment and consumables business across the territory.

In this role, you'd take over a territory built by a long-tenured rep with loyal customers, then grow it by bringing in new hospital and lab accounts. If you love being in front of customers and building real relationships, this is your next step up.

* Base Pay + Uncapped Commission paid quarterly ($130K year one at plan; top reps earn $155K+)

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree

* 3+ years of B2B or medical sales experience

* Track record of hitting or beating quota, with the numbers to prove it

* Comfortable in the field 60–80% of the time (mostly day trips, a few overnights a month)

Huge plus if you have:

* Histology, anatomic pathology, or lab sales experience

* Experience selling through distributors into hospital systems/IDNs
