Join the Core Focus Team!About Core Focus PersonnelCore Focus Personnel, LLC is a staffing, training, and logistics company proudly serving Alabama's automotive and manufacturing industries.Now Hiring: Valet/Shuttle DriversWe are currently seeking Valet Drivers to support operations on automotive yards in the Vance, AL area. In this role, team members are responsible for safely moving and organizing new vehicles throughout the yard to prepare them for shipping.This is a full-time position with availability on morning and afternoon shifts. Weekends are required as needed.Pay: Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.Perks: Health insurance and paid time off (PTO) available after 60 days.Job Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles throughout the automotive yard and designated offsite locations.Identify and move the correct vehicles using updated vehicle tracking lists and instructions.Complete vehicle movements with accuracy and attention to detail.Park and stage vehicles according to company guidelines and shipping requirements.Perform quality checks to ensure vehicles are handled properly and placed in the correct locations.Follow all safety procedures, yard policies, and customer requirements.Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.Valid driver's license with fewer than three moving violations within the past three years.Ability to work scheduled 8-hour shifts, including weekends as needed.Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Join the Core Focus team and become part of the automotive industry supporting the movement of new vehicles from production to shipment.#corefocus
