This position is responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds and assisting with hand-watering at additional properties.ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIESPick up trash and debris throughout the propertyMaintain clean and presentable outdoor areasPerform hand-watering duties as assignedReport directly to the assigned job siteComplete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as neededSCHEDULE:Part-time: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., five days per week, including Saturday and SundayEXPERIENCEPrevious porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferredHand-watering or basic plant-care experience is a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, + ABILITIESValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordReliable transportationDependable and comfortable working outdoorsAbility to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
