SUMMARY

The Clubhouse Supervisor will maintain daily operations of amenity and recreational facilities while assisting residents in using the amenity facilities and oversee all clubhouse staff. The Clubhouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the rules and regulations of the amenity facilities are being followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

Welcome residents and guests to the facility by conducting tours and provide welcome packets.
Participate in daily operations, special events and activities of amenities.
Monitor cleanliness of clubhouse and facilities.
Oversee general day to day operations.
Schedule clubhouse staff.
General oversight of vendors.
File and retrieve records and correspondence as needed for research.
Maintain a spotless appearance of the amenities at all times.
Schedule events and rentals.
Sell tickets for events and rentals.
Monitor special events.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

The Clubhouse Supervisor position supervises clubhouse employees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

TRAVEL:

No travel is expected for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS :

3-5 Years clubhouse supervision experience.
Computer literacy.
Experience with community management.
