Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Allen, TX. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that showcases DreamCatchers’ products, brand values, and customer stories across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing content calendars, filming and editing short‑form video and photo content, writing captions and social copy, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns and promotions. The role also involves monitoring trends, responding to audience comments and messages, and tracking performance metrics to refine content strategies. The Social Media Content Creator works closely with the team to maintain consistent visual and brand identity while testing new formats and ideas. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, short‑form video production, and basic photo/video editing tools. Candidates should possess skills in writing clear, engaging captions, storytelling, and adapting brand voice for different platforms. Candidates should possess skills in social media planning, content scheduling, and using analytics to optimize engagement and reach. Candidates should possess skills in visual aesthetics, understanding of beauty/hair trends, and consistency in brand presentation. Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in beauty or haircare brands, familiarity with influencer collaborations, and comfort being on camera when needed.
