DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

US Navy

Job Title

The duties include managing the lifecycle of official documents, command instructions, memorandums, and technical publications FRCSW uses in producing products and providing engineering, logistics, and overall depot services to Navy fleet and non-navy customers.

The role also involves serving as a technical authority and FRCSW's principal representative on all matters concerning access to and the release of Personally Identifiable Information under the Privacy Act Program.

Additionally, the position requires providing a variety of management and administrative services designed to ensure compliance with Department of the Navy (DON), and Department of Defense (DOD) requirements.

The job entails ensuring that current information management requirements regarding electronic record keeping, archiving, and other applicable areas are followed.

Coordination with FRCSW web team for any updates regarding Forms, Tags, Instructions, and key personnel listing is also part of the responsibilities.

The role includes assisting in carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies.

Managing the Official Bulletin Boards for regulatory compliance and making recommendations on appropriateness of material, space utilization, numbers of official bulletin boards, etc. is another duty.

Other duties as assigned will also be performed.
