Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components. Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required. Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained. Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications Some Manufacturing experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Regularly lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work on-site Shift Details

1. st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2. nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Overtime may be available depending on production demands. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Medical benefits with partial employer contribution.
