Finance Operations Analyst

Our Kforce client, located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a Finance Manager to closely partner with regional leadership and operations to understand cost drivers and translate operational activity into financial insight. The client offers salary and benefits package, 401(k), Holidays, unlimited PTO. This is a professional but casual office environment (jeans-friendly). The position will be 100% in office with travel. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze cost and operational variances to identify drivers and root causes
- Partner with regional managers and field teams to understand business performance
- Translate operational activity
- Support forecasting, reforecasting, and variance analysis
- 3+ years of strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Finance and/or operations background
- Advanced Excel skills and large ERP system experience
- Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non-finance partners
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in an unstructured environment
- Experience working closely with operations or in a fast-growth environment
- Exposure to forecasting, variance analysis, or transaction support
