Apple Rehab Coccomo, a 100-bed skilled nursing facility in Meriden, CT, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations and ensure exceptional resident care. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of facility operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead and mentor department heads and staff to ensure quality care
Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, resources, and census growth strategies
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect and compassion

Qualifications:

Active Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license
Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
