Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.68 / Hour Job Schedule Day / Time: Tue 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused corporate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with site protocols, and help support authorized access throughout the location. Support day‑to‑day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence and providing assistance during routine and high‑traffic periods. Minimum Requirements Loss prevention experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
