Production Operator

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Rate: $17.10 per hour, Opportunities for increases at 60 Days and 6 Months!

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities may include:

Operating and tending production equipment and machinery
Monitoring gauges, scales, and fillers to ensure proper operation
Inspecting materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Performing changeovers, cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
