Buyer Associate

Responsibilities for a Parts Room / Repair Buyer Support include but are not limited to:

• Process repairable parts, create purchase orders (POs), and manage procurement activities based on customer min/max levels
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, RMAs, and ensure accurate order processing
• Manage open liabilities, track orders, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships
• Perform hands-on movement of repairable parts between drop-off, storage, and dock locations (up to 50% of the workday)

Candidates for Parts Room / Repair Buyer Support must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proven experience in procurement, buyer, or supply chain roles (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; SAP or ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform physical job duties as required

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
