WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PTA - PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Work closely with patients during their visits, guiding them through corrective exercise programs, rehabilitation sessions, and movement-based care plans Deliver efficient, high-impact sessions that typically last 10–20 minutes, emphasizing active participation and measurable progress rather than passive treatments Partner directly with doctors and team members to help patients transition from pain and injury toward lasting strength, mobility, and confidence Contribute to a results-driven environment designed to keep patients engaged and motivated throughout their care journey Receive full training on systems, protocols, and exercises to ensure your success in the role WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PTA - PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) OR Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Strong communication and coaching skills Commitment to a fitness-forward and health-conscious lifestyle YOUR HOURS: Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday: 9 AM - 7 PM Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM THE BASICS Pay: $25-30 based on experience Benefits: 401(k) (after 1 year) PTO (after 1 year) Complimentary chiropractic care Money towards a YMCA gym membership LEARN MORE ABOUT LAKE EFFECT CHIROPRACTIC We are dedicated to helping individuals overcome a diverse range of conditions so they can lead healthy, pain-free lives!
