Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements Candidate must have a Montana (MT) license or a compact license. Must have a valid license type: registered. License State: MT. Flu vaccination required; religious and medical declinations accepted. Local & travel allowed. May be required to float to multiple units and to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need. May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift. 12 months between staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program – IHC Health Services. 7 days maximum time off. 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) required for submission. 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) required for submission. Preferred Skills / Experience Previous experience as a Registered Nurse. Required Credentials ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required. ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service. Preferred Credentials Bachelor’s degree of Nursing is preferred. Certification as appropriate for unit or service is preferred.
