Meadows Financial needs a Loan Servicing Specialist I to review and board consumer and commercial loans.

Job Description:Summary: Review and board consumer and commercial loans in accordance with financial institutions policies and procedures.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Process payments, advances, wires and perform file maintenance related to all loans.Board and fund new and extension loans.Update ticklers.Prepare files for imaging.Process construction draws and prepare for imaging including importing supporting information to Synergy.Responsible for the data input maintenance and quality control newly processed, renewed and modified loan transactions.Process payments and wires to participant financial institutions.Provide a range of customer service functions at the financial institutions that assist in the creation and maintenance of long-term client relationships.Process paid loan files.Quote and prepare loan payoffs. Special projects and all other duties as directed and deemed necessary by Management.Must have ability to extreme attention to detail and be highly accurate.Organizational Relationships:Daily contact with all Company department staff, Loan, OPS and Management.External Business Relationships:Daily telephone and e-mail contact with Occasional personal contact with Moderate telephone and email contact with outsideRequired Skills/Abilities:Working: Must use proper telephone etiquette and exercise diplomacy and professionalism with internal and external clients. Needs to be highly organized and have superior time management skills.Language: Must possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, and the ability to write simple correspondence. Have the ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations, to clients and fellow employees of organization.Mathematical: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure. Being able to compute and apply general mathematical concepts.Reasoning: Must possess the ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions. Have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Interpersonal: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and take direction from supervisors as well as interact with direct reports, peers, and co-workers. Demonstrate a high degree of customer service skills to include the use of tact and diplomacy in daily interaction with customers. Exhibit professional telephone etiquette regularly.Computer: Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, and various industry specific software i.e., Silverlake & Synergy. Must possess the ability to learn new software when required.Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) to Two (2) years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience in the financial industry. A background check is required for this position.
