Registered Nurse (RN) GI GU Surgical Unit - Part Time Nights

Registered Nurse (RN) GI GU Surgical Unit Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work hours: Part Time, (2) 12‑hour shifts 6:45 p‑7:15 a – rotating weekends/holidays. Team members may be placed on call for regularly scheduled shifts in response to census fluctuations. Department highlights Self‑scheduling that helps with work/life balance and offers opportunities for education and career growth. Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team. Unit opens with 20 beds on August 10, expanding to 36 beds later in the year. The General Surgical Nurse provides care to a wide variety of postoperative patients, including complex gastro‑intestinal, urology, and colorectal surgeries, with an average length of stay of approximately five days.
