We're looking for a driven real estate professional who provides knowledgeable guidance, individualized service, and an outstanding experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Work closely with top experts in the real estate industry to enhance your skills
- Participate actively in weekly team meetings
- Build relationships with potential buyers
- Excel in a collaborative and energetic team setting
- Utilize a proven system designed to drive steady annual growth
- Leverage robust leadership, streamlined operations, and advanced technology resources
- Possession of a valid Maryland real estate license and/or licenses for DC and VA
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Basic proficiency with technology and real estate software
- Experience working with buyers and successfully closing at least two purchase transactions
- Positive, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- State license is required to join the team (but not to apply)
