Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Dialysis (Procedural) Location: Killeen, TX Facility: Baylor Scott & White Health - Killeen West Outpatient Dialysis Clinic Department: Outpatient Dialysis Position Overview: Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Dialysis team at the Killeen West clinic. This is a procedural, outpatient setting with a 24-chair dialysis clinic, offering a fast-paced yet highly supportive environment. Dialysis experience is not required-the department is open to training RNs with solid clinical experience. Schedule: Status: Full-Time, 40 hours a week Shift: Variable - Mornings & Evenings, no call, flexible schedule Clinic Hours Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 5:00 AM - 9:30 PM Hours and schedules may vary Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required Dialysis experience not required - training provided Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Why Join This Team? Responsibilities include assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Regularly assess patient responses. Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. This prevents complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills. Essential Functions of the Role As a Procedural Registered Nurse, use careful clinical judgment.
