Plumbing Installer – Join the Cool Willy’s Team! Location: Tucson, AZ | Full-Time | Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year + bonus and commission opportunities. What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including water heaters (standard and tankless), toilets, faucets, shower valves, water filtration systems, sewer and drain systems, and other general plumbing installation work. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of plumbing and/or sewer installation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications. Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. A friendly attitude with top‑notch customer service. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check.
