Employee Benefits Client Account Administrator
Location: Ashland, VA
Job Description
OPOC.us and Faison Group have recently merged. Faison Group is hiring an Account Administrator in Ashland. We are looking for a strong customer success / relationship management skill set with previous experience in Employee Benefits.We are looking for a positive and energetic Account Manager for our Employer CARE team with a dedicated sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties include manage client details and act as an internal liaison for a specific 'book of business' that is based on revenue and/or enrollment, a variety of data entry and clerical tasks to support our clients and their employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail and resilience and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks needed to support our commitment to improving lives through innovation in research, education, and service.
Requirements
- 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success Management, Client Relationship Management or similar within the Insurance domain
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
