Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC Be the first connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. As the first point of contact, you guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal and external communication with referral sources. Provide excellent support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism spectrum disorder to help families understand our services and how we can help. Support marketing and admissions tasks in collaboration with the operations manager and clinical leadership. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. Positive, contagious attitude and readiness to engage with families. Passion for work that benefits children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture. Commitment to show up every day and lead at your center. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Benefits & Perks Pay: $19–$22 per hour with bonus potential of up to $6,000.
