Schedule: Monday-Friday (Must be flexible for all shifts)

- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Service and maintain machines used in production operations.
- Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance including greasing, oiling, and inspecting machine components.
- Ensure machines are operating at optimal speeds and efficiency levels.
- Inspect equipment and replace worn or defective parts as needed.
- Support production with roll changes and machine adjustments.
- Provide guidance to operators during machine downtime or troubleshooting.
- Assist in training employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Ensure finished products meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or shift leads.
- Previous mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices (greasing, oiling, inspections).
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout safety procedures.
- Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams.
