Job Summary:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in White Plains, New York. Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual patient needs

• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment

• Document patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures
