Reliable day-shift hours and year-round work, if you value safety, teamwork, and quality work, we'd love to hear from you.Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday.10:00am-6:00pmOvertime paid after 40 hoursSalary: Starting at $32.00-$35.00 per hour (DOE)Yearly Wage Increases $Competitive Compensation:Yearly Safety Bonuses $Yearly Boot Allowance $Paid Time OffMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA,Supplemental voluntary plans, Wellness programs, and Online discounts.401K with 5% Company match - No vesting period!Company Paid Life InsuranceGrowth opportunities- We pride ourselves on promoting from withinResponsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles.Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.Use computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues.Conduct safety inspections and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).Document repairs, parts usage, and labor hours using fleet maintenance software.Communicate repair needs and work status with drivers, technicians, and supervisors.Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all company and OSHA safety standards.Perform additional maintenance and repair duties as needed to support fleet operations.Requirements:Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record (Required)2+ years of diesel repair experience (fleet, trucking, heavy equipment, etc.) or completion of a diesel tech programAbility to read and interpret service manuals in EnglishProvide personal tools.Eligibility to obtain Class B CDL if required.Welding or fabrication experience is a big plus!Candidates for employment must meet position requirements and successfully pass post offer employment examinations including:• Background Check• MVR Check• Drug screenWorking Conditions And Physical Effort:Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.Back, leg, arm and shoulder strength required to safely climb in, on and around vehicles to inspect and repair.Ability to work in awkward, tight, or restricted spaces for extended periods of time; Requires the ability to sit, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, and be able to get up and down from a supine position.Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts which require following basic safety precautions.The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration.
