Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Springhill Suites Medical Center Miami. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an exceptional breakfast experience to our guests, ensuring they start their day with a smile. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down our breakfast buffet, as well as assisting guests with any needs they may have during breakfast service.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet items, ensuring all food is presented attractively and replenished as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food service equipment.
- Greet guests warmly, assist them with any inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels of breakfast items and notify management of any shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with the breakdown and cleaning of the breakfast area after service.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the breakfast service and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

**Work Environment:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- May require occasional lifting of supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
