divh2Job Title/h2pResponsibilities/pulliOperate chiller plant consisting of (3) 450 ton centrifugal chillers/liliMaintain all mechanical systems as required to ensure proper operation for cooling and heating/liliExperienced in the overall installation and repair of package units and split systems/liliAssist the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer in maintenance and upkeep of the NYSE cooling plant, primarily regarding the HVAC and plumbing systems/liliMaintain a consistent flow rate of the chilled and condenser water supply throughout the facilities/liliPerform miscellaneous duties as assigned, such as bathroom calls, hot and cold calls/liliMust be a self-starter, eager to learn, and a well-rounded team player/liliMust be flexible to work overtime, weekends, holidays and swing shifts/liliMust be able to work 2nd shift hours - 3:00 PM-11:00 PM/li/ulpKnowledge and Experience/pulliCollege degree and or college courses preferred./lili10+ years experience as a watch engineer or mechanic in related fields, such as HVAC or plumbing./liliProficient in using hand tools and power tools./liliProficient communication skills./liliAbility to perform daily duties in a safe and professional manner and work as approved by the OSHA safety standards and procedures./liliAbility to work with, and lift 50lbs. Climbing of ship ladders, extension ladders, and working at heights in various weather conditions./liliMust be able to crawl and work in small, confined spaces for extended periods of time./liliThe ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing./liliThe ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs./liliRequired Certifications:/liulliQ01 Refrigeration Operator/liliS12/S13/S14 Combination Standpipe/Sprinkler/liliCFC Universal Certificate/li/ul/ulpNew York Base Salary Range/ppThe expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $78,529 - 101,836 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
