MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are working with a leading Precision Manufacturing Company who is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on Day Shift . These are full-time, permanent positions offering excellent long-term career potential, competitive salary, and a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead, organize, plan, and motivate the maintenance team.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and provide troubleshooting support, including being reachable by phone/text when needed.
- Remain hands-on and willing to work on equipment rather than managing solely from a desk.
- Support breakdown response and fault-finding across the plant.
- Help manage maintenance coverage and preventive-maintenance activity across first and second shift.
- Supervising a Team of 4 Maintenance Technicians
- Hands-On Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Maintenance & Repair of 50+ Production Machines
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Minimum 5 Years Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Maintenance Lead / Supervisor Experience
- Strong Mechanical & Electrical Skills
- PLC Troubleshooting
- Strong Leadership skills
