About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Cyber and Analytics Business Area in the Intelligence Sector. The successful candidate will lead a division that is at the forefront of mission-critical engineering, software, cyber, and technology solutions, with a focus on SIGINT, CNO, offensive cyber, and related domains. This executive will be responsible for the division's strategic, operational, financial, technical, and program performance, ensuring exceptional execution and mission outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a profitable growth strategy, building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and industry partners, and driving innovation and technology insertion to advance customer missions. Applicants must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 15 years of leadership experience, with a significant portion in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense. The role requires a proven track record in leading large, complex technical teams, developing and executing growth strategies, and fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation. Desired experience includes a Master's degree in a related field, executive leadership in science and technology-oriented positions, and a strong background in mission software, AI/ML, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of driving exceptional mission performance and positioning the organization for sustained growth in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
