Metz Culinary Management is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Cook to join our dining services team at St. Mary's Senior Living Community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional who enjoys working independently, takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, and is passionate about serving seniors with dignity and care.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and served at the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion control.
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and storage procedures.
- Support special events, holiday meals, and resident dining programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cooking experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, restaurants, or institutional food service preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related physical tasks.
