As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and safe experience for all attendees by providing exceptional customer service and operational support throughout the event.

Event Staff - CFD (Cheyenne Frontier Days) Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Provide friendly, professional, and effective customer service to all guests and event attendees
• Assist guests at designated security gates, including directing foot traffic, verifying credentials, and providing initial directional assistance as required
• Patrol and monitor various event areas to provide information, assistance, and maintain a welcoming and orderly environment as directed by event management
• Adhere strictly to all event policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members, security personnel, and event organizers to ensure smooth and efficient event operations

Event Staff - CFD (Cheyenne Frontier Days) Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong customer service skills with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-hour shifts, in various locations around the event grounds
• Capability to bend, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun, heat, wind, and rain or shine
• Adherence to the required professional dress code: black pants, black shoes, and a white shirt
• Punctual and reliable attendance for all assigned shifts
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard, Event Support Staff, or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience working at large-scale outdoor festivals or public events

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
