Director, AI Emerging Solutions, Boston Financial District, 180k to 240k base, bonusHybrid, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotelySummaryThe Portfolio Performance & Analytics team is seeking a talented and driven Director, Emerging Solutions to lead innovation and transformation across investment and operational functions. This role sits within a diversified team delivering portfolio performance, quantitative research, and business intelligence services across multiple asset classes.As Director of Emerging Solutions, you will drive the strategic adoption of advanced and emerging technologies—particularly artificial intelligence—across critical investment and operational processes including index rebalancing, flow management, cash equitization, tax management, portfolio optimization, securities lending, and client proxy services.
