You're someone who:

• Has 1–4 years of family law experience in California.
• Is licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Enjoys connecting with clients and building trust.
• Can confidently handle hearings, negotiations, discovery, and case management.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Is organized, responsive, and proactive.
• Wants to continue developing into an exceptional family law attorney.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent clients in all aspects of California family law matters.
• Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and support.
• Work closely with an experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $105,000–$135,000, depending on experience.
