Land Services Specialist

The Land Services Specialist supports complex infrastructure and capital projects by coordinating land acquisition documentation, title review, contract administration, and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams, this role helps ensure land transactions are accurately documented, efficiently managed, and fully supported throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in title, commercial real estate, land administration, contract administration, or paralegal services who enjoy process improvement, project coordination, and working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support land acquisition activities throughout all phases of project development. Review title reports, ownership records, legal descriptions, and real estate agreements for accuracy and completeness. Maintain land acquisition records, project documentation, and workflow tracking systems. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support timely execution of project deliverables. Prepare reports, track milestones, and monitor outstanding action items. Develop and improve land acquisition procedures, documentation, and standard operating processes. Assist with training and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Five or more years of experience in land acquisition, title, commercial real estate, contract administration, land administration, right‑of‑way, or paralegal services. Experience reviewing title documentation, legal descriptions, ownership records, and real estate agreements. Strong organizational, document management, and project coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM, document management, or land management systems is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, construction, engineering, renewable energy, or other capital projects. Familiarity with GIS, county property records, land management platforms, or right‑of‑way processes. Experience developing process documentation, standard operating procedures, or training materials. Required Skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to interpret contracts, title documentation, and legal records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
