Job Summary

Participate in fast growth of our business! At Kingspan Roofing + Waterproofing, the Product Manager owns product portfolio to rapidly grow market share in a fast pace environment. This is a highly cross functional role that interacts with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical functions to deliver on Product message, launch and codes. The Product Manager acts as a Business Owner of the category with strong leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns Product value proposition. Work closely with Marketing to deliver impactful message to target market.
• Defines Product Management plans from strategic level – product roadmap, to tactical level. This requires the ability to operate efficiently at different levels.
• Gathers intelligence on customer insights and competitor activity (product, codes, promotion). Analyze data and define tactics to win in the market with products
• Establishes strong connection in the market to be able to keep updated with customer needs, market trend and competitive activities
• Lead cross-functional interaction with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Product Development to maximize customer engagement and a customer focused approach to products.
• Owns Product Lifecycle Management, SKU rationalization, product line extension and ongoing margin improvement (reformulation, strategic sourcing, etc.)
• Keeps updated with Codes and Testing evolution, work closely with technical team to leverage codes and testing in our market approach
• Participates and collaborates in industry associations and events to inform and develop outside-in knowledge base

Travel Requirement:

• Regular travel is required for this position.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Marketing. xhyhwjd

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in Building Material industry, preferably Building Envelope.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel as well as AI tools
