Process customer service requests including billing/miscellaneous inquiries and emergency calls. Shifts are subject to change on a quarterly cycle based on seniority. Mandatory overtime is required.QualificationsQualification Requirements:To perform the Service Advisor role, you must:-Possess a valid driver's license from state of residencePhysical Working Conditions:Works in office environment, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Read and enter information using a computer while talking to customers on the phone.
