MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform general facility maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment

Pay Rate: 

$26.00–$30.00 per hour

S chedule and Hours

Monday–Thursday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Maintenance Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities

· Must have industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

· Perform general facility maintenance and preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.

· Troubleshoot and repair 480V/110V electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

· Troubleshoot PLC, VSD, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

· Maintain and repair overhead cranes, air compressors, and shop equipment; read prints and schematics.

· Follow all safety procedures, OSHA/NFPA guidelines, maintain accurate records, and keep work areas clean and safe. 

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements

· Previous industrial maintenance/mechanical experience required.

· Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

· Must work safely around industrial machinery and equipment.

· Must be willing to work Fridays for makeup time and/or overtime; position is Temp-to-Hire based on performance and company needs.

· Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background check.
